• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photos. Once approved, we’ll replace it or refund you.

• Because each item is made and shipped just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind — so please double-check your size and color before ordering.

• Refunds (when approved) are sent back to your original payment within 5–10 business days.
